Do I need a credit card for the free trial?+
No. You can create an account and test the EKPstats workflow without providing payment-card details.
What happens when a tournament plan expires?+
Tournament Lite becomes read-only after 15 active days, while Tournament Pro becomes read-only after 30 active days. Teams, players, statistics, public box scores and available PDF exports remain accessible.
Can I buy more than one tournament plan per year?+
Yes. Tournament plans are purchased separately for each competition. The plan suggestion compares the combined annual tournament cost with Academy pricing.
Can I upgrade to another plan later?+
Yes. You can move to a larger plan when you need more teams, players, matches or staff access.
Can several people record or manage statistics?+
Yes. Paid plans include Team Admin and Statistician roles according to the limits shown in the comparison table.
Are public box score links included?+
Public box score links are included in the paid Parent, Tournament and Academy plans.
Can EKPstats import an existing roster?+
Yes. Rosters can be imported, which reduces manual setup before the first match.
Is the Founding Club plan permanently available?+
No. Founding Club is a limited-availability early-adopter offer and may be withdrawn when the available places are filled.
